Club Adventures by AAA needed a way to search and get live, realtime pricing on over 20,000 departures from their tour operator partner, Intrepid Travel.

We built a custom API integration and WordPress plugins that gave direct, realtime pricing and availability on all available tours — so agents no longer needed to separately visit the Intrepid site for pricing or availability, significantly saving time and improving user experience.

We integrated the realtime pricing and availability data directly into the Reservation Request system that we also built, further reducing friction in the traveller and travel agent booking flow.
